This RFI is issued solely for information, market research, and planning purposes; it does not constitute a Request for Quotation (RFQ), or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. This RFI does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future solicitation, if one is issued. 1.0 Purpose The MARFORCOM Contracting Office, is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to conduct market research under PSC 2340 - motorcycles, motor scooters, and bicycles and NAICS 336999 - All Other Transportation Equipment Manufacturing (Small Business Size Standard: 1,000 employees). The Government is seeking to identify qualified vendors capable of delivering utility carts similar to golf carts. The primary goal of this RFI is to gauge market availability from capable providers. 2.0 Requested Information / Capability Questionnaire To assist the Government in determining vendor availability and shaping our acquisition strategy, interested entities are requested to submit a brief capability package addressing the following questions: 2.1 Vendor Availability & Business Profile Provide your company's name, address, point of contact, and socio-economic status under NAICS 336999 (e.g., Small Business, SDVOSB, HUBZone, WOSB, Large Business). Indicate if you are available on any active Federal Supply Schedules (e.g., GSA MAS), GWACs (e.g., NASA SEWP, 8(a) STARS III), or other DoD-specific purchasing vehicles. Indicate whether you could meet the need based on the saliant characteristics provided (see attached). 3.0 Submission Instructions Responses to this RFI must be submitted via email to the Points of Contact (POCs) listed below no later than 04 September 2026 at 11:00 AM EST.
