A determination by the Government not to complete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. Questions by phone or fax will not be considered.Acquisition of Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Commercial Items/Services under FAR Part 12 and apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 335999 and the size standard is 500. The point of contact for this announcement is Sarah Coe at sarah.a.coe2.civ@us.navy.mil. All responding vendors must be registered to the System for Award Management (SAM) website (i.e., registered UEID and CAGE Code numbers) prior to award of contract.
