Description

Displayed as sanitized plain text from SAM.gov. Retrieved Sep 5, 2026 10:23 PM EDT.

The Office of Naval Intelligence hereby gives notice of its intent to award a sole-source, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to The MathWorks, Inc. This acquisition is for a one-year software license subscription and maintenance renewal for proprietary MATLAB software and associated engineering toolboxes in support of PR 11652. The MathWorks, Inc. is the sole developer, manufacturer, and copyright owner of MATLAB software. They are the only known source capable of providing the required proprietary software code updates, patches, and certified maintenance support without compromising existing computational models and operational compatibility. This is not a formal Request for Quotation (RFQ). No solicitation package will be issued. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation demonstrating their technical ability to satisfy the government's requirement within fifteen (15) calendar days of this notice's publication. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
