This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 47PG5126Q0003 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Custodial Services for TSA Leased Space at Ted Stevens International Airport. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. (i) Reference the Pricing Sheet (Attachment B2) for a list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure (including option(s). A Standard Form 1449 will not be issued with this solicitation announcement. As part of pre-award activities, the pricing details of the selected best value quote will be allocated on the Standard Form 1449 to specific contract line item numbers, which are generally specified by period of performance (base and options). (ii) Reference the Performance Work Statement for a description of requirements for any items to be acquired in performance of this requirement. (iii) Contemplated Period of Performance Base Year: October 1, 2026 – September 30, 2027 Option Year I: October 1, 2027 – September 30, 2028 Option to Extend Services (on a monthly basis up to six months): October 1, 2028 – March 31, 2029 The location of performance is TSA-Ted Stevens International Airport (AK3379ZZ), 4600 Postmark Drive, Anchorage, AK 99502. (iv) Reference the Terms and Conditions of this solicitation for a list of solicitation provisions that apply to the acquisition. (v) Reference the Terms and Conditions of this solicitation for a list of the contract clauses that apply to the acquisition. (vi) Solicitation Deadline/s: Question Deadline: September 4, 2026 no later than 6:00 p.m. Mountain Time Quote Deadline: September 10, 2026 no later than 6:00 p.m. Mountain TIme Questions and Quote Shall be Submitted to: Dylan White, Contracting Officer, at dylan.white@gsa.gov.
