The Deschutes National Forest requires repair, reconditioning, and preventative maintenance services for an SD?100D Roller, Serial No. 7664 S. The equipment has undergone inspection and requires multiple component removals, installations, reconditioning procedures, hydraulic system repairs, motor work, and completion of a PM?4 service. All work shall be performed in accordance with manufacturer specifications, safety regulations, and USDA Forest Service maintenance standards. The Contractor shall provide all labor, parts, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to perform the services described in the segmented repair tasks listed below. The Government will inspect all completed work to ensure compliance with contract requirements and manufacturer specifications. All work shall be completed by February 08, 2027. The proposed contractor is: Peterson CAT d.b.a. Peterson Machinery Company 3635 SW Airport Way Redmond, OR. 97756 All responsible sources may submit a quotation or capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency to determine whether to conduct a full and open competition or proceed with restricted competition.
