Audio Video Upgrade 2

The 28th Contracting Squadron at Ellsworth AFB, is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for component 2 of an audio visual system overhaul and installation. Offerors must provide a list of equipment being provided as well as a technical drawing of intended system architecture for review of technical acceptability. Basis for Award: The Government intends to award a single, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to the offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Technical and Price Factors that will be utilized. • Delivery: Required delivery is FOB Destination to Ellsworth AFB, SD, no later than 180 days after contract award. • Attachment: All information necessary to submit a quote is contained in the attached RFQ document titled FA469026Q0041. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
