This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service in accordance with the format in RFO Part 12/13 as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The U.S. Department of Agriculture intends to award one Purchase Order for the commercial service as described in solicitation. These materials hinder future site use and pose safety and environmental concerns. The purpose of this Performance Work Statement is to outline the requirements for complete demolition and removal of all remaining structures, ensuring safe disposal, proper site re-grading, and restoration with appropriate landscaping.
