The Healthcare Contracting Division – West intends to award a sole source contract to MediaLab Solutions LLC to provide laboratory document control software services for Brian D. Allgood Army Community Hospital (BDAACH), Republic of Korea. This requirement is for a period of performance from 07 November 2026 through 06 November 2027 (base) and four one-year options. The contractor shall be required to provide a web-based, cloud-hosted laboratory document control software system to warehouse, catalog, manage, and provide employee access to standard operating procedures and related documents which does not contain any patient identification or patient health information. The software shall provide easy and accurate auditing of laboratory documents during accreditation inspections and will provide tracking of staff training, compliance, and continuing education. The document control system shall also provide a paperless alternative to reporting and tracking deviations from standard operating procedures. Electronic document control is critical and necessary for maintaining effective compliance with industry standards, College of American Pathologists (CAP), Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA), Joint Commission (TJC), FDA, EPA, and 21 CFR Part 11 standards, the Defense Health Agency Center for Laboratory Medicine Services (CLMS) DoDM 6440.02, as well as meeting Patient Safety and Quality initiatives. The Contractor shall provide BDAACH Department of Pathology with access to the following MediaLab modules: Document control Compliance and continuing education courses (Compass) Inspection preparation resources (Inspection Proof) Blood bank simulator Exam simulator Red blood cell morphology case simulator Urinalysis case simulator Bacteriology case simulator This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
