The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to conduct market research, identify potential qualified vendors, and determine their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification under NAICS 339112, Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing (size standard: 1,000 employees).The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 08 is seeking sources capable of providing Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD) Pyxis IV Prep, Intravenous Compounding Workflow Management System. The requirement will also include the equipment, software, installation and training support to have functional, comprehensive IV workflow management system to the VA Caribbean Healthcare System, located at 10 Casia Street, San Juan, Puerto Rico. Interested parties may respond by submitting a capability package that includes the following information: Company Name Company Address Point of Contact Phone, Fax, and Email Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Capability Statement specific to the technical requirements: This must not be a generic line card. It must provide sufficient detail for the Government to assess your capability and inform the procurement strategy. Socio-Economic Category (e.g., SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, etc.) Evidence supporting the ability to provide the requested A DEC items Include past and/or current contracts for similar requirements and any additional supporting information demonstrating capability. Prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at: www.sam.gov. Response Instructions: Responses to this notice shall be submitted via email no later than 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on August 31, 2026. Telephone and facsimile responses will not be accepted.
