In accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) streamlining principles, the Hawaii Army National Guard is soliciting quotes for the following commercial products: Item 1: Field Desk, Tactical, Single, Secure KVM, 4-port or commercial equivalent. Quantity: 8 Note: Commercial "or equal" items are fully acceptable as long as they meet the technical requirements detailed in the attached specifications. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the solicitation is 334118 – Computer Terminal and Other Computer Peripheral Equipment Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. Delivery Address: 91-1179 Enterprise Ave, Bldg 117, Kapolei, HI 96707-2150. Shipping terms: FOB Destination. Shipping fees must be consolidated into the product pricing (Firm-Fixed-Price), not billed as a separate line item. Solicitations shall not exceed 5 pages,and provide the following: One (1) signed copy of the Solicitation(SF1449) Vendor details: Name, POC, CAGE, UEI, Contact Phone, E-mail, and any applicable discount terms. Item specification sheets demonstrating how your product meets or exceeds the requirements. Additionally, in order to be eligible for award, all respondents shall complete all Representations and Certifications found within their profile in the System of Award Management (SAM) athttps://www.sam.gov. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract WITHOUT discussions with offerors. Therefore, the offeror's initial offer should contain the offeror's best terms. [RFO FAR 52.212-1(d)]. A quoter which requires the Government to execute a separate agreement with a third-party shall be deemed technically unacceptable. Facsimile quotations will not be accepted. Quotations are due via email to Emma Newbegin,emma.a.newbegin.civ@army.mil, no later than 1000AM HST, 31 August 2026. Please include Notice ID W912J626QA009 in the subject line. Questions regarding the solicitation are due to Emma Newbegin no later than 12:00 PM Hawaii Standard Time onTuesday, 19 August, 2026. Information provided from answers toquestions shall not change/qualify theterms and conditions of the solicitation and specifications. Terms remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. if an amendment is issued, normal procedure relating to the acknowledgment and receipt of solcitation amendments shall apply.
