The purpose of this amendment (P002) is to provide answers to previously submitted questions to the government, revise the Statement of Work (SOW), and revise the Bidding Schedule. Please see attached SF30 amendment, Government Responses to Questions, SOW Rev 5, and Attachment B-Bid Schedule Rev 2. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. **************************************************************************************** The purpose of this amendment (P001) is to provide a site visit for interested parties, extend the due date for inquiries, and extend the due date for quotes. See attached SF30 and Instructions to Offers (both Clean Copy and Tracked Changes Copy) for details. ***************************************************************************************** National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) intends to award a purchase order to a transformer service provider, to provide transformer visual inspection, transformer oil sampling and oil analyses for all liquid filled transformers at NIST facility in Gaithersburg, Maryland. The transformer inspection and transformer oil testing helps mitigate the risks of arc flash, component failure, structural fire, and electric shock. See attached Request for Quote (RFQ) number 1333ND26QNB190490 and attachments A-E.
