This is a presolicitation notice. DLA Energy intends to post a solicitation for Bunkers program 1.3B PACOM at a future date. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. Locations: Port locations in The Philippines, South Korea, Thailand, Japan, Northern Marianas Islands, Vietnam, Singapore, Fiji, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Palau and Marshall Islands.
