Amendment 3 - The Purpose of this Amendment is to reopen the solicitation and extend the Quote Due date to 21 September 2026 to amend Clause 52.212-2 for technical evaluation and remove the requirement to meet a 60 day delivery date in order to be deemed technically accpetable in the best interest of the government. Questions: All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted via email no later than 01 September 2026, 1600 (4:00 PM) Chamorro Standard Time. Quote Submission Deadline: Quotes must be submitted via email no later than 15 September 2026, 1100 (11:00 AM) Chamorro Standard Time.
