Request for Information (RFI) – Thomas Hall Security FAR Part 10 – Market Research Only NAICS: 238990 – All Other Specialty Trade Contractors PSC: Z2AA – Repair or Alteration of Office Buildings This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued solely for market research and planning purposes in accordance with FAR Part 10. This notice does not constitute a solicitation, and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. 1. Purpose: The 78th Air Base Wing, Robins AFB, GA, is seeking to identify interested and capable vendors for security work at Thomas Hall, located at Middle Georgia State University, 100 University Boulevard, Warner Robins, GA 31093. Work is expected to fall under NAICS: 238990 and PSC: Z2AA, for the installation, integration, and configuration of an IP-based intrusion alarm system with Common Access Card (CAC) access points for employees. 2. Draft SOW: A draft Statement of Work (SOW) is provided for industry review. Vendors are encouraged to submit capability information and recommend improvements or clarifications to the SOW. 3. Site Visit: A site visit will be held on 17 August 2026 from 0900–1000EST at: Thomas Hall Middle Georgia State University 100 University Boulevard Warner Robins, GA 31093. Vendors wishing to attend must preregister no later than 12 August 2026 at 1600 EST. Additional instructions (parking, check-in, access) will be provided upon registration. 4. RFI: Interested vendors should submit a capability statement including: Company name, CAGE, UEI, and point of contact Relevant experience under NAICS 238990 and PSC Z2AA Estimated performance timeline Feedback on the draft SOW Interest in participating in a future solicitation Any small business status (SB, WOSB, SDVOSB, HUBZone, etc.) 5. Submission Instructions: Responses shall be emailed to the Government POC no later than 12 August 2026 @ 1600. The Government will not reimburse costs associated with responding to this RFI or attending the site visit. No phone inquiries will be accepted. 6. Site Visit Q&A: Site visit Q&A posted on 27 August 2026.
