BLM-CO TRFO BASIN WELL AND WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS This solicitation is being amended to reopened to change the set aside to 100% Total Small Business due to original set-aside resulting in no responses, post it to open market (SAM.gov), update terms and conditions, and adding attachments. All questions are due by September 2, 2026 1200 MD. This is a solicitation announcement for well improvements of a well house located at the Bureau of Land Management TRFO Basin Well, Montrose County, Colorado near Naturita, CO. 1.1 PROJECT DESCRIPTION Contractor shall provide a turnkey solar powered, well water system that automatically provides and maintains water to a wildlife drinking tank with minimal human input except winterization and annual maintenance. System shall be designed to have a solar pumping system at an existing water well. Provide water to an elevated buried storage tank. The buried storage tank will gravity feed the drinking tank. An additional tee and valve shall be provided for a future upgrade for a stockwater tank. System shall be designed to be freeze proof and operational in the winter to the frost free hydrant at the drinking tank. 1.2 LOCATION Latitude: 38.06529167° N Longitude: -108.63154723° W From Naturita, CO. Travel south on CO-141 for approximately 12 miles. Turn right (west) on County Road U29. Travel approximately 5 miles. The project is on the left (south). 1.3 WORK SCHEDULE Work shall be completed within 360 days of the Notice to Proceed. Contractor shall complete all work within 360 days of starting work. Work is not allowed on Federal holidays. Work shall occur Monday through Friday. Contract time will be paused, upon request, when snow or snowmelt prevents work at the project site.
