The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Norfolk Contracting Department, BUMED/FM&C Directorate intends to procure via sole-source acquisition, multiple parts to repair the Stroking Seat Mechanisms and Exterior Cockpit Panels at the Aviation Survival Training Center Patuxent River (ASTC PAX). Specific part descriptions/numbers and quantities needed are listed below. These parts are needed to ensure proper training requirements are met and that the METS device integrity is maintained. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code and size standard for this procurement is 811310 and a size standard of $12,500,000, respectively. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes – A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
