Lead: Lead was detected at very low concentrations (<0.00151% to <0.00238% by weight) on the east and south walls. While below the EPA/HUD threshold for Lead-Based Paint, any detectable level of lead triggers Cal/OSHA Lead in Construction Standard (8 CCR § 1532.1) compliance. Handling & Disposal: Debris and waste generated from the removal of lead-containing materials must be evaluated for appropriate disposal classification (TCLP or TTLC) prior to off-site disposal. Government dumpsters shall not be used. 4. Period of Performance and Hours All work shall be completed within 60 calendar days from the issuance of the written Notice to Proceed (NTP).
