Fremont River Ranger District , Teasdale Office Janitorial

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service (FS), Intermountain Region, Fishlake National Forest, Fremont River Ranger District, Teasdale Office has a need for janitorial services. Site Visit – Attendance is not mandatory; however, prospective offerors are strongly encouraged to be present. A site visit is scheduled for August 12, 2026 at 11:00 AM Mountain Time. Interested vendors will meet the COR at the Teasdale Office located at 138 East Center, Teasdale, UT 84773-9701 at the scheduled time. Vendors are not required to submit any information to attend the site visit, but they will be asked to fill out an attendance sheet (Company Name, Employee Name, Phone Number, and Email Address), which will be posted in the question-and-answer amendment. Questions shall be submitted via email to arlen.fausett@usda.gov and are due no later than August 13, 2026, at 10:00 AM Mountain Time. This will ensure enough time to respond before the solicitation period ends. Please include the solicitation name and number as the subject line of the email. Offers are due at the email address above no later than August 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM Mountain Time.
