The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is seeking responses from industry to determine capability and interest in performing the the Fiscal Year 2027 (FY27) dockside availability for the USCGC HAMILTON (WMSL-753). This requirement is for contractor to provide all necessary labor, services, supplies, materials, equipment power, accessories, personnel, and other items as necessary, except otherwise specified to perform dockside ship repairs to the USCG HAMILTON (WMSL-753), a 418-foot National Security Cutter in accordance with the solicitation, schedule, and specifications. Work includes, but is not limited to the following: WORK ITEM 1: Fire Prevention, Provide WORK ITEM 2: Tanks (Ballast), Clean and Inspect WORK ITEM 3: Grey Water Holding Tank(s) and Lift Stations, Clean and Inspect WORK ITEM 4: Sewage Holding Tank(s), Clean and Inspect WORK ITEM 5: Stern Boat Launch and Recovery, Level II WORK ITEM 6: Dual Point Davit, Modify WORK ITEM 7: Oily Water Separator (OWS) System, Inspect and Groom WORK ITEM 8: Cargo Handling Elevator, Annual Inspection and Test, Perform WORK ITEM 9: Air Conditioning Plants, Groom WORK ITEM 10: Fire Detection System, Inspect and Test WORK ITEM 11: Insulation, Renew WORK ITEM 12: Deck Covering (Carpet), Renew WORK ITEM 13: Decks, Preserve (Partial) WORK ITEM 14: Deck Covering (Slip-Resistant) Flight Deck, Renew WORK ITEM 15: Tenting (Flight Deck), Provide4 WORK ITEM 16: QAWTD 26x66, Renew WORK ITEM 17: QAWTDBLD 52x66 (Mafo), Replace WORK ITEM 18: RQAWTS 18 D (01-12-1 and 01-12-2), Renew SUBMISSION of INFORMATION: Interested parties having the capabilities necessary to meet or exceed the stated requirements are invited to provide information to contribute to this Sources Sought Notice including commercial market information and company information. Past Performance Information: Evidence of experience in work in similar in type, size, scope, and complexity to include contract numbers, project titles, dollar amounts, and point of contacts to include e-mail addresses and telephone numbers. If two companies are planning to conduct business and submit an offer as a Joint Venture or similar type of teaming agreement, they are requested to provide past performance information on projects of similar scope that they have performed together as a Joint Venture, if available. Providing individual past performance documentation from each company on separate projects where the two did not work together may be considered less relevant. However, responses to this Sources Sought Notice will not be considered adequate responses to any resultant solicitation.
