**Amendment 1** The purpose of this amendment is to: 1: Update verbiage in paragraph 1.1 of the PWS to reflect correct scope of work. 2: Update the Combined Synopsis/solicitation with the correct closing date to match the 21 August 2026 date on the Sam.gov listing 3: Delete Previous versions and attach the updated documents (PWS and combo) ** Original Posting** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W50S8V-26-Q-0003 – This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01 dated 03-13-2026. This requirement is designated with a Small Business set-aside of Total Small Business and associated with NAICS code: 333912 and a small business size standard of 1000 Employees. The 167th Airlift Wing, Martinsburg, WV is requesting a quote for a Breathable Air Compressor System with installation that members utilize when going into confined spaces. This requirement is being requested and evaluated based on Price Alone with no discussions being held. Please provide a quote in accordance with your terms & conditions. There will be a site visit scheduled for 12 August 2026 at 0900 at the 167th AW in Martinsburg, WV 25405.
