Description

Displayed as sanitized plain text from SAM.gov. Retrieved Aug 25, 2026 5:16 PM EDT.

This is a solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) RFO subpart 12.202, as supplemented with additional information. The Government reserves the right to reject any or all offers received in response to this solicitation. Furthermore, the Government maintains the right to not make an award under this solicitation, and reserves the unilateral right to cancel this solicitation, in whole or in part, at any point prior to award if it is determined to be in the Government's best interest. All solicitation provisions and contract clauses applicable to this procurement are incorporated and set forth in the Solicitation (FA910126QB072). Submission of a quote constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of all terms contained within this attachment. The 704th Test Group (704 TG) and 846th Test Squadron (846 TS) at Holloman AFB in New Mexico have a requirement for one (1) complete Hexagon Absolute Arm w/AS1 & Accessories package. This brand-name requirement is essential to natively integrate with the squadron's existing government-owned Hexagon 960 laser tracker and its associated AS1 scanner head to maintain a common hardware and software ecosystem, leveraging prior government training and equipment investments. All technical specifications and physical components are detailed in Attachment 1, Statement of Work. Delivery is required to Holloman AFB no later than (NLT) 120 Days after receipt of order (ARO).
