Amendment 0001: The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to extend the quotation submission date from 31 August 2026 at 11:00 AM EDT to 1 September 2026 at 4:00 PM EDT. Amendment 0002: The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to extend the quotation submission date from 1 September 2026 at 4:00 PM EDT to 8 September 2026 at 10:00 AM EDT. Update 0003: The purpose of this update is to correct the revised submission date from 01 September 2026 at 4:00 PM EDT to 08 September 2026 at 10:00 AM EDT. Amendment 0003: The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to extend the quotation submission date from 8 September 2026 at 10:00 AM EDT to 10 September 2026 at 10:00 AM EDT.
