DLA Weapons Support Columbus intends to execute a contract modification under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements" to existing contract SPE7MX-26-D-0044, in accordance with Procurement Note L27- Addition/Deletion of Items. These items are sole source to Griswold Industries (86184). Specifications, plans, or drawings are not available. Items to be shipped to various locations within established minimum and maximum quantity limits, on an as needed basis. The applicable NAICS is 332911 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. All items fall under the original scope of the contract. This is not a request for competitive proposals. No RFP will be issued as it is anticipated that these NSNs will be added to an existing contract. However, in accordance with FAR 5.207(a)(16)(ii), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All responses received within 15 days of the publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Attached Spreadsheet: 2 tabs Only the active NSNs will be priced at the time of addition. The inactive NSNs will be included in the contract but will not be priced prior to the award. These inactive NSNs will not be activated until demands for those items materialize. The activation of an NSN will depend on a successful determination that the price for that NSN is fair and reasonable.
