Are you a manufacturer or authorized distributor? If manufacturer do you contract directly with the government, or do you only use utilized authorized suppliers? If supplier, which companies are you authorized to supply for? Can your organization/company support all the Veteran Medical Centers for pest control related products in all 50 US states and US territories? If not, please indicate states or US territories that you do not serve (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico).
