In accordance with FAR 52.212-4(a), the Government reserves the right to inspect and test all supplies. The contractor must return an acknowledgment copy of the award within 48 hours of issuance to confirm delivery logistics. III. Evaluation and Award The Government intends to make multiple awards based on pricing per line item. Award will be made to the responsible quoter(s) providing the Best Value to the Government based on the following factors: Price: Evaluated for fairness and reasonableness. Past Performance: Evaluation includes prior experience and similar performance history. The Contracting Officer (CO) will consider late deliveries, missing items, and frequent substitutions. Delivery: A documented history of on-time deliveries and reliability will be considered. Purchase Method: Above $15,000.00: Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order.
