***** RFQ has been extended to 8/25/2026. The Government received many questions that suggested our requirements had not been conveyed as clearly as possible.***** ***** Amendment 0002 BLUF:***** **Piping and Mounting:** The Government is now willing to accept a pump that may require piping and mounting adjustments to be made at the dam. Offerors are no longer strictly required to provide a solution with dimensions identical to the original equipment.** **While dimensional constraints are relaxed, the core performance and safety specifications remain critical.** All performance criteria shall be identical to original pump and motor. Reference the revised requirements purchase description added to Amendment 0002 of W9127N26QA135 on 21 August 2026. ________________________________________________________________________________________ Please Note that we are extending this RFQ through next week 8/21, and adding a revised purchase description. We have clarified on the purchase description as some offerors missed that this pump/motor system purchase is for transformer oil, and the unit will be outside, we have a strict zero-leakage requirement. We specifically require a canned motor / sealless pump design to ensure the fluid is entirely contained without the risk of a mechanical seal failure. The pump/motor combo must also be suitable for outdoor installations. Please ensure any quotes submitted are for a sealless/canned motor pump that meets the requirements within the revised purchase description. If you have questions regarding type of oil, reference the uploaded Questions & Answers PDF on this solicitation. W9127N26QA135-0001 - AMENDMENT PUBLISHED: RFO FAR CLAUSE 52.212-2 ADDED, SEE UPLOADED AMENDMENT FOR LANGUAGE.
