See "Questions and Answers - Chemical Toilets" attachment for more information. *********************************************************************************************************************************************** See Amendment 1 along with its supporting documents in the attachments section. ************************************************************************************************************************************************ Questions Recieved: How far in advance of an event must all requested units be delivered and fully placed? Depends on the event. Usually the event gives the contractor at least a week advance notice. If it is a big event like an airshow, it will be longer lead time for the notice. When following an event may the contractor begin removing the units? This is usually included in the event planning and forwarded to the contractor. Is there a required deadline for complete pickup/removal after the event ends? The only event that usually requires a specific deadline is an airshow. Others will let you know prior to the event if there are any timelines. Will the Government provide the exact event location, placement instructions, quantities, and service duration with each request? Yes, contractor will be notified in advance of the location, quantities, service and placement. The exact address, coordinates or designated access point for the Sooner Drop Zone, including any gate, escort or routing requirements. - The location will be provided on award of the contract, and access will require contact with Base OPS prior to arrival. ********************************************************************************************************************************************** The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for acquisition of Chemical Toilet Services at Altus AFB, Oklahoma.
