This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1. This requirement will be solicited through SAM.gov, submit offers to TSgt Jeffrey Perkins at jeffrey.perkins.4@us.af.mil and Capt Taylor Peeples at taylor.peeples.1@us.af.mil. 2. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01, dated 13 March 2026. 3. This RFQ is to be solicited as a Total Small Business Set Aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238990 with a small business size standard of $19,000,000.00. 4. The anticipated contract type will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP). The contract line-item number (CLIN) structure is as follows: CLIN 0001- BASIC STRUCTURE, MANUAL UNIT-21.0 (FT) CLEAR OPENING SOUTH 1 Entrance SOUTH 2 Entrance 2 DSC7090(M) as defined in the Statement of Work and attachments. CLIN 0002 – Installation IAW the attachments. CLIN 0003 – Shipping IAW the attachments. 5. Description of requirement for the items to be acquired: ***Reference the attachments for specifications, descriptions, all provisions/clauses, and additional information. a. Period of Performance: 120 Calendar Days from Date of Notice to Proceed Receipt. b. Place of Delivery: Creech AFB, NV c. Inspection and Acceptance: FOB Destination 6.
