Location: The services will be performed at three buildings on NAS Pensacola: Bldg. 603, Bldg. 3819, and Bldg. 628. Scope: The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, and transportation. This includes supplying and servicing a total of forty-four 65-gallon containers and two 32-gallon consoles across the different locations, with service frequencies of every two or four weeks depending on the site. Key Requirements: The contractor is responsible for the secure collection, on-site destruction, and disposal of all paper materials. Destruction must comply with National Association of Information Destruction (NAID) standards and guidelines for Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). The contractor must also provide proof of destruction for each service visit. Personnel & Security: Contractor personnel must undergo background checks and obtain Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) credentials for base access. They must also adhere to strict conduct, safety, and security protocols. Period of Performance: The contract consists of a one-year base period (SEPT 1, 2026, to AUG 31, 2027) with four additional one-year option periods and -8 ( 6 MONTH EXT).
