20 August 2026 - FA8809-26-R-B002 Amendment 0001 The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to make updates and clarifications to the solicitation. Updated documents include: Section J Attachment 1 HADES Basic IDIQ PWS for administrative changes Section J Attachment 2 Ordering Instruction for administrative changes Section J Attachment 3 Award Fee Plan - change to Annex 2 regarding small business Section J Attachment 8 Rights in data to correct contradiction with section L Exhibit A HADES CDRLS Section L and M for administrative changes and clarifications. Additionally, the Bidder's libarry has been updated with the following documents: Bidder's Library Update 20 August 2026 HADES RFP Q&A Amendment 0001 Pursuant to RFO 15.203, this RFP communicates Government requirements to prospective contractors and solicits proposals for the Hybrid Architecture and Development for Experimental Systems (HADES) program. The program is being executed by the Space Systems Command (SSC), Innovation and Prototyping Delta, Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico. The HADES program provides support for satellite ground system and satellite operations center engineering, development, integration, and sustainment, and associated support services primarily at, but not limited to, the Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) Support Complex (RSC) at Kirtland Air Force Base, Albuquerque, New Mexico. The anticipated period of performance of this IDIQ includes a base period of three (3) years with four (4) option periods for one (1) year each, making a total ordering period of 7 years. The total ceiling for this contract is $300M. The Government anticipates a single award IDIQ Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF) contract type. Vendors are highly encouraged to register in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation module. Proposal submission through PIEE is required. The Vendor Registration Guide is attached to this RFP. Vendors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) prior to the award of any contract. You may register at www.sam.gov.
