This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in Subpart 12.6- Streamline Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Item. This solicitation is issued under authority of FAR 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, and the conduct of the procurement will be in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13 or some combination thereof. The solicitation number is 36C25626Q1282 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The proposed contract action is for Triple Basin Reprocessing Sinks for the Southeast Louisiana Veteran Health Care System (SLVHCS), located at New Orleans, LA for which the Government intends to solicit competitive quotes. Interested offerors may submit quotes, and all eligible quotes must be received prior to the response date listed on FBO to be considered by the Government. This solicitation is 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. Applicable NAICS: 339113 Business Size Standard: 800 Employees This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01). Only emailed requests received directly from the requester will be accepted. Contractor is to provide triple basin reprocessing sinks and accessories as detailed within this solicitation to Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS) located at 2400 Canal St, New Orleans, LA 70119. RESPONSES ARE DUE Tuesday, September 8, 2026 by 10:00 a.m. Central Standard Time (CST). Quotes are due electronically to rachel.babin@va.gov no later than the response date listed on FBO. Only electronic quotes will be considered. A site visit will take place on Tuesday, September 1, 2026 from 9:30am 10:30am at SLVHCS, 2400 Canal St, New Orleans, LA, 70119. Please see attached site visit information.
