The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Roche Diagnostics Corporation (RDC), 9115 Hague Road, P.O. Box 50457, Indianapolis, IN 46250 for the Roche cobas Liat preventative maintenance and service warranty for the Fayetteville VAMC located at 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC, 28301. The Roche cobas Liat instrument is currently owned by the Fayetteville VAMC and Roche Diagnostics Corporation (RDC) is the sole authorized source for the procurement of the Roche cobas Liat instrument and its associated reagents, consumables and service must be performed by Roche Diagnostics service employees. No solicitation documents are available, and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business that believes it can provide the Roche cobas Liat preventative maintenance and service warranty may give written notice to Cherisse.Hall@va.gov by 12:00pm EDT on 08/18/2026. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Interested and capable respondents are requested to provide the information below.
