AMENDMENT A00006 The purpose of this amendment is to upload a comprehensive Q&A document (Attachment 12-B11 COMPREHENSIVE QA PARK CENTER WELL). All other terms and conditions remain unchanged Amendment A00005 The purpose of this amendment is to change the delivery deadlines and amend the RFQ closing date. AMENDMENT A00004 The purpose of this amendment is to extend the suspense date to Friday, August 14, 2026 at 1700 MDT and to change the period of performance to 08/21/2026-10/30/2026. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. AMENDMENT A00003 The purpose of this amendment is to allow for a site visit Thursday, July 9, 2026 at 1030 MDT and to extend the suspense date to Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at 1200 MDT. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. AMENDMENT A00002 The purpose of this amendment is to provide well drawings to support proposal development and revise the schedule of items (Attachment 3) to support work tasks. The suspense for proposals is extended to 0800 MDT on Monday 24 June 2026 All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. AMENDMENT A00001 This amendment includes the schedule of items as Attachment 3. All other terms and conditions are unchanged. The Bureau of Land Management requires emergency repair of the Park Center Well. Please see the SOO in the attachments for more information. This is an initial RFQ which may result in amendments.
