Offutt Air Force Base is considering a Snow Chemcial, Snow Hauling, and Snow Removal Blanket Purchase Agreement. Is the contractor able to provide the required services and commodities as outlined in both documents? 2. Is the contractor interested in a multiple-award BPA formatted agreement? 3. What guarantee is offered that work at Offutt AFB would be prioritized over other locations if a call is placed?
