Late response will not be considered. Quotation Submission: Deadline: On or before 22nd September 2026 (India Time). All quotations must be received by this deadline. No quote will be accepted after this time. Submission Method: Your quotation must be submitted electronically at newdelhibids@state.gov. Quotation submitted to any other e-mail address will not be considered for evaluation. Please refer to the solicitation for complete details. Quotations incomplete or received at any other address or received after the given deadline will be handled per FAR provision 52.212-1(f). The file size must not exceed 10MB. Questions/Clarifications: All requests for clarification must be submitted in writing via email to mehtan@state.gov by 1400 hrs (India Time) 15th September 2026. Responses will be provided to all contractors who express interest in doing business with the U.S. Government. Questions received after the deadline will not be answered. Basis for Award: The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible offeror submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. The Government intends to award based on initial quotations without discussion; however, the Government reserves the right to hold discussions with offerors in the competitive range, if necessary.
