The U.S. Consulate General Cape Town, South Africa, invites quotations under Solicitation No. 19SF2026Q0018 for the provision of Preventive Maintenance Services for the Consular Interview Audio System. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract consisting of a base year plus four (4) option years to the responsible offeror submitting the lowest-priced, technically acceptable quotation. The complete solicitation package is attached to this notice. Interested vendors are responsible for reviewing the solicitation package in its entirety and complying with all instructions, requirements, and submission procedures contained therein. A mandatory pre-quotation conference and site visit will be held on Tuesday, September 15 2026, at 10:00 (SAST) at the U.S. Consulate General Cape Town. Vendors are specifically advised to carefully review the cover letter contained in the attached solicitation package for the mandatory site visit access requirements, including the attendee and vehicle information that must be submitted by the stated deadline. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in denial of access to the pre-quotation conference and site visit. Quotations must be submitted electronically to capetown_quotation@state.gov no later than Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at 10:00 (SAST). Offerors must submit all documents required by the solicitation and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov at the time of quotation submission in accordance with FAR 4.1102. Quotations that do not comply with the solicitation requirements may be determined ineligible for award.
