Description

Displayed as sanitized plain text from SAM.gov. Retrieved Sep 3, 2026 10:24 PM EDT.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), has a requirement for Systematic Information Review and Literature Validation Support Services. NIOSH seeks a commercially available, end-to-end automated service — which may incorporate artificial intelligence with human-in-the-loop features — to support systematic literature review lifecycles and generate traceable, reproducible pools of scientific literature underpinning occupational safety and health (OSH) risk management strategies. This acquisition is for the application, configuration, validation, and refinement of an existing commercial service; it is not for the development of a standalone platform, software product, or Government-owned system. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under FAR Subpart 12.6, in accordance with the format prescribed for commercial products and commercial services. The Government contemplates award of a single Firm-Fixed-Price, deliverable-based commercial services contract with a fully funded 36-month period of performance. Solicitation Number: 75D301-26-Q-79261 NAICS Code: 541990 – All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services Small Business Size Standard: $19.5M The full solicitation, including the Performance Work Statement, evaluation criteria, and instructions to offerors, is provided as an attachment to this posting. Interested offerors should review the attached document in its entirety prior to submitting questions or a quote. Questions: All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing no later than 4:00 PM ET on September 4, 2026, identifying the RFQ number in the subject line. Questions shall be directed only to the Contracting Office identified in the attached solicitation. Quotes: Quotes are due no later than 4:00 PM ET on September 14, 2026. Late quotes may not be considered for award. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
