This opportunity is for Small Business SEAPORT-NxG MAC HOLDERS ONLY. No other offers will be considered. Proposals submitted by non-MAC holders will not be evaluated. Please note the Navy has transitioned from the legacy SeaPort portal to the PIEE Solicitation Module for the submission of offers, proposals, and awards under SeaPort-NxG. Please reference the official Department of Defense registration guide for vendors on how to set up accounts in PIEE: https://www.acq.osd.mil/asda/dpc/ce/cap/docs/piee/PIEE_Solicitation_Module_Vendor_Access_Instructions.pdf This requirement is to procure support services for the Marine-Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Staff Training Program (MSTP) established by Marine Corps Order (MCO) 1500.53B. These support services will enable MSTP to fulfill their mission to provide training in MAGTF operations across the range of military operations, within the context of a Joint and/or Combined Task Force environment, to improve the warfighting skills of senior commanders and their staffs. Services will include support to seven functional areas of MSTP: 1) Exercise Design, 2) MAGTF Analytics, 3) Modeling and Simulation, 4) Documentation, 5) Security, 6) Command and Control / Information Management/ Knowledge Management, and 7) Communications and Information Systems. Requirements shall be performed in accordance with Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Attachment 2 - PWS Part 5 in Section J. As of 20260810, RFP Amendment 0001 has been published.
