Description
Displayed as sanitized plain text from SAM.gov. Retrieved Aug 21, 2026 8:09 PM EDT.
1. Purpose of Amendment: This Amendment 0001, issued on 20 August 2026, is to incorporate answers to vendor questions received during the Request for Information (RFI) period into the Solicitation, the Performance Work Statement (PWS), and the BPA Price List. 2. Quote Submission Deadline: The response date is unchanged. All quotes are due no later than 25 August 2026 at 4:30 PM AEST. Please review all attachments to this solicitation in their entirety. The U.S. Government is seeking to establish a multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to procure comprehensive household furniture and appliance (whitegoods) rental services throughout Australia. This requirement stems from the need to provide a flexible and responsive solution for outfitting residential accommodations. The scope of this requirement is fully commercial and includes the rental, delivery, in-home assembly and maintenance, and end-of-lease extraction of essential household goods. Services are required for personnel located in and around key metropolitan and regional hubs, including but not limited to: Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane, Darwin, Alice Springs, Perth, Melbourne, and Cairns. The BPA will enable designated U.S. Government "Authorized Callers" to place firm-fixed-price Call Orders against a pre-negotiated price list. Please review the attached Combo Solicitation Document first. It is the master document that establishes all solicitation parameters, terms and conditions, evaluation factors, and instructions for how to submit your quote. All performance and administrative requirements are detailed in the attached: Attachment 01 - Household and Whitegoods Rental PWS Attachment 02 - Price List Template Attachment 03 - Monthly Performance and Inventory Report Template Key Dates: Questions Due Date: All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing via email no later than August 20, 2026, 01:30 PM AEST. Quote Due Date: All quotes must be received via email directly to my attention no later than August 25, 2026, 04:30 pm AEST.
