The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) at Fort Dix, on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division, has a commercial requirement for Grounds Maintenance Services at five (5) U.S. Army Reserve Center (USARC) facilities in Western Pennsylvania:(PA013) Butler USARC / AMSA #110 (Butler, PA)(PA042) Greensburg USARC (Greensburg, PA)(PA055) Kittanning USARC (Kittanning, PA)(PA067) New Kensington Memorial USARC (New Kensington, PA)(PA079) PVT Sterling L. Morelock USARC (Pittsburgh, PA)The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform grounds maintenance services, including mowing, trimming, edging, spring and fall cleanups, mulching, weeding, and pruning in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).This requirement is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside under NAICS code 561730 (Landscaping Services), with a small business size standard of $9.5M. The resulting contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract consisting of a 12-month base period (10 September 2026 through 09 September 2027) and four (4) 12-month option periods.
