THE CONTRACTOR SHALL FURNISH ALL PERSONNEL, PLANT, EQUIPMENT, TRANSPORTATION, PER DIEM, AND MATERIALS NECESSARY TO DREDGE AND DISPOSE OF THE SEDIMENT DEPOSITION, DRIFT, AND DEBRIS MATERIAL.
