The 28th Contracting Squadron at Ellsworth AFB, is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a rotary draw hand bender. Offerors must provide a technical characteristics statement as well as confirmation on ability of the machine to produce part number L5842706 (Attachment 3) for review of technical acceptability. Basis for Award: The govenrment intends to award a single, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to the offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, Price and other factors considered. Technical and Price factors will be utilized. Delivery: Required deliver is FOB Destination to ellsworth AFB, SD, no later than 90 days after contract award. Attachment: All information necessarty to submit a quote is contained in the attached RFQ document titled FA469026Q0046. Offerors must read the attachment in its entirety before submitting a quote. Attachment 1 - Solicitation FA469026Q0046 Attachment 2 - Salient Characteristics Attachment 3 - Part Number L5842706 Quote Evaluation: Quotes will be ordered from lowest-priced to highest-price, the lowest-priced will be reviewed for technical acceptance. If deemed technically acceptable then the contract will be awarded, if the contract is deemed technically unacceptable then the next lowest-priced quote will be evaluated until a quote is deemed tehcnically acceptable. All questions must be in writing and shall be emailed to zachary.dunham@us.af.mil and ross.duval@us.af.mil. Request for Information (RFI) will not be answered via phone. All questions must be submitted no later than 3:00 pm MDT, 10 September, 2026.
