The Department of Veterans Affairs, Charles George VA Medical Center, has a requirement for Chiller Maintenance Services, located in Asheville, NC. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on or about September 23rd, 2026. In accordance with Public Law, P.L. 109-461, this is a 100% SDVOSB set-aside. The NAICS Code for this procurement 238990 - All Other Specialty Trade Contractors, size standard of $ 19.0 million. All interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) and listed as verified in the SBA database, https://sba.gov/ All correspondence and responses shall be e-mailed to Harold McQuillia at harold.mcquillia@va.gov. Telephone requests for information or questions will NOT be accepted.     Offerors are responsible for downloading all documents including amendments from Contracting Opportunities at sam.gov website without further notification from the Contracting Officer.Â
