DISA is seeking information, industry insights, and technical capability statements from potential, qualified vendors to support the comprehensive lifecycle requirements of a modernized EM capability. Enterprise Messaging is a critical capability driving the Department of Defense (DoD) information-sharing initiatives and Joint Information Environment (JIE) goals.
