READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a sole?source, firm fixed?price contract to NAMSI, LLC, 31 Lafeyette Avenue, Sea Cliff, NY 11579, for antenna installation services to be completed at Trump Plaza in New Rochelle, NY and Trump World Hotel, in New York, New York. This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.201. It will be distributed solely through the System for Award Management (SAM.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring SAM.gov for any updates. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 531190, (Leasing of Building Space to the Federal Government by Owners). The FBI intends to negotiate and award to only one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.103-1 entitled, “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.” This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement and quotation for consideration. Submissions must be sent via email to: Dylan Hankins, Contract Specialist Email: dehankins2@fbi.gov Responses are due no later than Thursday, August 27, 2026, at 12:00 PM Central Time. Only emailed responses will be accepted. Telephone inquiries will not be considered. Information received will be evaluated solely to determine whether a competitive procurement is appropriate. The Government’s decision to compete or not compete the proposed action based on responses to this notice is entirely at the Government’s discretion.
