Quantity: the solicitation Section B and SOW show 15 total units across CLINs 0001-0004 (12 + 1 + 1 + 1), while the SAM notice description states four units. Should offerors price 15 total units as shown in Section B? The offers should price for 15 units as shown in Section B. 2. Delivery: Amendment 0004 moves the quotation closing date to September 29, 2026, while Section F still requires CLIN 0001 delivery on or before September 30, 2026. Will the CLIN 0001 delivery date be revised? Amendment 0005 shows a pushed out date of 31 December 2026. This is just an estimated fill in date until a quote is recieved with a lead time. 3. Manufacturing / QA: Section C requires the Contractor to manufacture to print and have a production QA system compliant with ISO 9001. If a small-business prime uses a qualified ISO 9001 contractmanufacturer to perform the build-to-print fabrication, is the manufacturer’s compliant QA system sufficient, or must the prime contractor itself maintain the ISO 9001 production QA system? The Prime contractor itself needs to have and maintain the ISO 9001 production QA system. *Amendment 0004 was posted on 15 Septmeber 2026 with a closing date of 29 September 2026. The purpose of this Amendment is extend the Solicitation Open date for 14 days. The solicitation will be closing 29 September 2026. All vendors must provide an updated DD2345, request drawings, and provide correct CMMC certification. Can you confirm this solicitation is a Small Business Set Aside for 8(a) Participants as indicated with the inclusion of 52.219?18 — Notification of Competition Limited to Eligible 8(a) Participants in Section H of the solicitation? *The announcment has been adjusted to show Total Small Business Set Aside. Has the Drawing Package for this solicitation been revised/updated from the prior version of the solicitation N68335-25-Q-0351? *A DD2345 and CMMC certification are required to receive the drawings associated with this package The United States Navy Program Office PMA 290 has a new requirement for the manufacturing of four (4) Wideband Satcom AAU Lifting Adapter P/N: 4091AS0125-1. The Government owns the Build-to- Print Technical Drawing Package and the drawings are considered Export Controlled. All Offerors must be able to provide a certified DD Form 2345, Level 2 CMMC Certification, and must request current drawing package. Drawing will be provided to your designated data custodian on your certified DD 2345 via the DoD Safe website. All offers, other than the successful Offeror, are required to destroy all export control data, regardless of form or media on which it may be recorded, including CD’s, data stored on other computer storage devices, and paper documents. Offers shall provide proof of such destruction via signed letter on corporate letter head to the PCO via email at alexis.r.kelly.civ@us.navy.mil
