Amendment 0001 is issued to incorporate the Government’s responses to RFIs received, revise Section 2, Schedule of Supplies, clarify the CLIN structure and FOB Destination pricing requirements, and replace Attachment 3, Pricing Spreadsheet, with Attachment 3_Rev1. The revised Schedule of Supplies identifies two product CLINs: CLIN 0001, Engine Lathe — Cannon AFB, NM, Quantity 2 EA; and CLIN 0002, Engine Lathe — Travis AFB, CA, Quantity 1 EA. Unit prices shall include all applicable shipping, freight, handling, and delivery costs to the applicable Ship To location identified in Attachment 4. No separate shipping/freight CLIN will be used. The quotation submission deadline is hereby extended. Quotes are now due no later than: September 4, 2026, at 2:00 PM Eastern Time. Except as amended herein, all other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Firm-Fixed Price, supply contract for engine lathes, to the United States Air Force Life Cycle Material Command (AFLCMC). This requirement is for the supply of engine lathes to ensure the AFLCMC is able to precisely shape, cut, and finish metal or other rigid materials. (See Attachment 1 of RFQ for salient characteristics). This acquisition is being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. All supplies submitted by proposed Contractors for consideration must be engine lathes. The is a total small business set aside requirement.
