This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (RFO) part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70FA4026Q00000045 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to retrofit a cargo truck for the FEMA’s Mobile Emergency Response Support (MERS) detachment in Bothell, Washington.
