This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Past Performance The Contractor shall submit a business capability statement and reference three (3) past performance experiences that is similar to the requirements set forth in this solicitation. Past experience summaries shall be for projects completed in the last three years or currently in process, which are of similar size, scope, and complexity relevant to the effort required by this solicitation. Contracts listed may include those entered into with the Federal Government, agencies of State and local governments, and commercial customers. Contracts with the parent or an affiliate of the offeror may not be used. The following information shall be provided for each referenced contract: a. Program title or product name b. Price/Product Specification The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.209 and per the requirements of the statement of work, and the Contracting Officer shall determine that the prospective Contractor is responsible and that the prices offered (inclusive of discounts) are reasonable before awarding the contract.
