All interested vendors are to acknowledge Solicitation Amendment 01 FA301626Q02100001 SF 30 by signing and returning the amendment with their quote package in SAM.gov. Please refer to the Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement 20260630, Attachment 2 - Skytron Scrub Sinks, and Attachment 3 - Surgical Scrub Sink Current Setup.
